Anantnag, Dec 05: A residential house was gutted in a massive midnight blaze in Mir Danter area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said on Friday.
An official stated that the fire broke out during the night, quickly engulfing the structure before locals and authorities could intervene. SHO Anantnag Majid Khan, along with his team, rushed to the spot and coordinated with the Fire and Emergency Services and local residents to prevent the flames from spreading further.
However the cause of the fire is not known immediately,” the official added.
