06 July:
Possibility of monsoon showers in a few parts towards late afternoon/evening. A shower along Pahalgam & Sonamarg axis is also possible.

High intensity shower risk of Yatra axis (Pahalgam & Sonamarg): Low Chances

07 July:
As a result of interaction of a weak Western Disturbance with monsoon winds, showers are possible in parts of Jammu as well as Kashmir during anytime of the day. These showers can turn out to be heavy as well.

08 July:
The interaction between both the systems will continue on this day as well. Showers are possible for parts of Jammu and Kashmir during anytime of the day. No continuous rainfall is expected, and it may not rain everywhere.

09 July:
Chances of early morning showers will continue in Jammu region. A few parts in Jammu and Kashmir region may receive a shower as well around late afternoon/evening.

10 July:
Similar weather forecast as on 09 July.

Note:
1. The high intensity showers over Yatra axis may not necessarily occur as per the forecast due to it being a very local forecast where variations are possible. Also, high intensity showers don’t necessarily mean Flash Floods.
2. As both the systems (WD & monsoon winds) remain active, chances of sudden heavy showers will remain present there during the next 3 days. Isolated cloudburst event can’t be ruled out.
3. Risk of landslides/Shooting stones will remain present there alonf vulnerable passes during this time.
