Kathua, Aug 03 Police on Monday recovered two suspicious balloons from the rooftop of a house in the Hiranagar area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district, officials said.
A senior police officer told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that the house owner spotted two balloons, one white and one green, on the rooftop and immediately informed the police.
He said a police team reached the spot and took the balloons into custody for examination.
The officer said police have launched an investigation to ascertain the source of the balloons and the circumstances under which they reached the area.—(KNO)
