Jammu, Sep 29 : A Border Security Force (BSF) sub-inspector died after falling from a tractor in the Bari Brahmana area of Samba district, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the BSF sub-inspector was on leave when the accident occurred. He fell from a tractor near Bari Brahmana, sustained critical injuries and later died.
The deceased was identified as Ved Pal Singh, a resident of Ratnal Kheri Bishnah area of Jammu district.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and further proceedings are underway.—(KNO)
