Amit Shah’s two-day Jammu visit: ‘Manifesto Launch at 4 PM, Meetings with Workers & Party Leaders Tonight, Major Rally Tomorrow’
Srinagar, Sep 06 : Jammu city is full of activity as Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders and workers eagerly prepare for the arrival of Union Home Minister Amit Shah later today.
His two-day visit is seen as very important in the BJP Jammu and Kashmir unit, as it will officially start the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) election campaign in the region.
A senior BJP leader told news agency KINS that Amit Shah is expected to arrive in Jammu this afternoon, kicking off his busy political schedule.
“The first major event of his visit will take place at around 4 pm, when he will release the BJP’s manifesto. This manifesto is a very important document, as it explains the party’s main promises and goals for the upcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir,” the leader said.
“It will highlight what the BJP plans to do if they win, focusing on issues that matter most to the people in the region”.
The BJP leader further told KINS that in the evening, Amit Shah will have a very important meeting with BJP leaders and workers.
“During this meeting, they will talk about strategies for the election campaign, discussing how they can best reach the people and win their support. Shah will also listen to feedback from party workers, who will share their views on the important issues affecting the region. These discussions are expected to help the BJP build a stronger and more effective campaign in Jammu and Kashmir”.
The most anticipated part of Shah’s visit will be a huge rally tomorrow in Jammu city, the BJP leader added.
“Shah will speak to a large crowd of supporters, where he will explain the party’s vision, outline its goals, and make promises for the future of Jammu and Kashmir. This rally will be a key moment in the BJP’s efforts to connect with voters and gather momentum for the upcoming elections,” the leader further said.
He said that this visit has created a lot of excitement among party members, who are looking forward to Shah’s presence and guidance to win the upcoming elections.
Before Amit Shah’s visit, security in Jammu has been significantly increased.
Sources told KINS that although official security protocols for the Home Minister won’t be in effect due to the Model Code of Conduct, extra precautions are being taken at key spots like the media center in Channi and the rally site at Paloura Top.
Security officials have thoroughly checked these areas and put strict safety measures in place to ensure everything goes smoothly during Shah’s visit.
The BJP is hopeful that “Shah’s presence will lift the spirits of party workers and give them the motivation they need as they prepare for the election campaign”.(KINS)
