Anantnag, Nov 06 (KNO): The Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) on Friday conducted search operations at three locations in Anantnag district in connection with a case registered under various provisions of the IPC and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), officials said.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two CIK teams conducted searches at two residential houses in Bijbehara, while another search operation was carried out at Krangsoo village in Mattan.
The searches were conducted under the supervision of a police officer and in the presence of a magistrate, officials said.
They said the raids were carried out in connection with FIR No. 07/2023 registered at Police Station CIK Srinagar under Sections 153-A, 505 and 506 of the IPC and Sections 13, 18, 18-B and 39 of the UAPA—
