Police accords warm farewell to outgoing DC Kulgam
January 07: Police in Kulgam organised an impressive function to bid farewell to outgoing Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Shri Bilal Mohi-ud-din Bhat-IAS on his transfer to district Srinagar.
SSP Kulgam Shri Sahil Sarangal-IPS along with other senior officers of the District Police Kulgam were present on the occasion.
While extending their best wishes to the outgoing DC, the officers present in the function lauded the working style and leadership qualities of the outgoing Deputy Commissioner and extended their best wishes for his new assignment.
The outgoing DC thanked the officers for organising a cordial farewell and also appreciated the officers for putting their best efforts in carrying out the official duties and assignments and also for their active support and cooperation during his tenure.
