Muzzafar Shah welcomes prominent socio-political activist Abdul Hameed Khan into ANC
Reaffirms party’s stance on Article-370 & welfare of general public
Srinagar, Sep 07: J&K Awami National Conference Senior Vice President, Muzzafar Shah, warmly welcomed prominent social and political figure, Abdul Hameed Khan, from Central Shalteng constituency into the party fold today.
The joining ceremony was attended by Senior Vice President A.R. Wani, Provincial President Rahi Riyaz Ahmad, Vice President Ghulam Mohiudin Bhat, and District Srinagar Additional Secretary Zahid Ahmad.
Muzzafar Shah expressed deep satisfaction over the inclusion of committed and upright individuals like Khan into the party. He emphasized ANC’s over the unwavering dedication to restoring the constitutional rights of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, stressing that the party remains a front-runner in advocating for the people’s rights.
“ANC has always been a torchbearer, advocating without compromise for the restoration of Article 370, which will be reinstated, come what may,” Shah asserted.
He urged the new entrant to work tirelessly at the grassroots level, become the voice of the people, and follow the party’s vision with full dedication.
