Continuing its sustained drive against illegal mining, Anantnag Police intensified enforcement action during night hours and seized 08 tractors and 02 tippers found involved in illegal mining activities at different locations across the district.

In this connection, FIRs have been registered against the violators under relevant provisions of law, and further investigation has been taken up.
