Shopian, July 08 : A terrorist affiliated with the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) was killed during the ongoing anti-terror operation in the Shopian area of south Kashmir on Wednesday, police said.
In a post on X, Jammu and Kashmir Police, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), said: “You can run but you can’t hide! One Lashkar terrorist neutralised by SOG Shopian in a joint operation with the Army’s Rashtriya Rifles (RR) and CRPF.”
The anti-terror operation was launched four days ago following specific intelligence inputs about the presence of terrorists in the area.
