Reasi, Sept 08 Skeletal remains of a woman were recovered from a forest area in the Chassana area of Reasi district on Tuesday, officials said.
A senior police official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the remains, along with some clothing, were found in the forest and were later identified by the woman’s family members.
The official said a Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) team has been called to the spot.
