*IN CONTINUATION TO WAR AGAINST SOCIAL CRIMES; GANDERBAL POLICE ARRESTED 04 GAMBLERS IN THE JURISDICTION OF PS GANDERBAL; STAKE MONEY AND PLAYING CARDS SEIZED.*
To eradicate menace of Social Crimes from the society; *Ganderb Police* arrested 04 Gamblers in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ganderbal. Stake Money and Playing Cards were seized.
Acting on a reliable information, Police Party of PS Ganderbal raided Gamblers at Badurkund. On seeing the Police Party, the Gamblers tried to flee from the spot, but Police Party act swiftly and apprehended 04 accused persons on the spot alongwith Stake money of Rs.8590, Playing Cards and 04 Cell phones.
The Accused persons were arrested who disclosed their identities as *Ghulam Mohd Mir S/o Mohd Jamal Mir R/o Buderkund, Mahraj Ud Din Khan S/o Noor Mohd Khan R/o Giraj Ganderbal, Irshad Ahmad Shoda S/o Ghulam Mohd Shoda R/o Giraj, Lateef Ahmad Shoda S/o Ghulam Qadir Shoda R/o Shah Sahib Saloora Ganderbal.*
In this regard, Case *FIR No.165/2025,* under relevant sections Gambling Act stands registered at PS Ganderbal and further investigation taken up.
