*Anantnag Police Seizes Two Tractors Carrying Illegally Transported Minor Minerals*

Anantnag, September 10, 2026:
Anantnag Police, while conducting routine patrolling in the jurisdiction of Police Station Achabal, intercepted and seized two tractors found involved in the illegal acquisition and transportation of minor minerals.

The seized tractors were being driven by Shabir Ahmad Wani S/o Gh Hassan Wani R/o Hard Turu Rainipora and Shabir Ahmad Bhat S/o Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat R/o Kokernag.

Cognisance of the matter has been taken and further proceedings have been initiated under relevant provisions of law.
