Jammu, 14th July: A medical camp was organized by JKAP-8th battalion in collaboration with Health department R.S Pura at Panchayat ghar Malikpur block Miran Sahib Jammu under the supervision of Shri Tahir Sajad Bhat (SSP) Commandant JKAP-8th battalion for providing free medical health checkup/medicines to the inhabitants of the area.
Block Medical Officer R. S. Pura Dr. Monika Kotwal, ZMO Dr. Sonia K. Kanwar & team of doctors/paramedical staff participated in the camp and conducted ENT, Orthopedic, and General Physician checkup of patients of the area.
Moreover, Dr. Jatinder Kumar (MD), Dr. Harbaksh Singh (MD) of Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu (Ayush) along with other senior doctors/paramedical staff also checked the patients and provided free Ayurvedic medicines to them.
120 patients attended the free medical camp and appreciated the step of the Police department (JKAP-8th Bn) for providing such a facility in their area.
