JAMMU, Oct 17: In a significant development in the region of Kargil, the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) has elected Dr Jaffar Akhone as the new Chief Executive Councillor for the 5th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil.
