After facing disruptions, banking services at branch level restored: J&K Bank

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Bank on Saturday informed that it has restored its banking services at branch level after facing disruptions, thereby causing inconvenience to costumers due to major system upgrade.

Bank official informed Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the temporary disruptions caused at branch level due to major system upgrade have almost been resolved.

They said that as of today, the normal banking functions at branch level were almost restored and there were hardly any disruptions reported from anywhere.

“With profound gratitude for your continued support and patience, we are pleased to inform you that the temporary disruptions caused at branch level due to the major system upgrade are almost resolved,” they said.

The bank officials also added that all the alternate banking channels like MPay, e-banking, ATMs and PoS were already operational.

“Besides, all modes of remittances like NEFT, RTGS and IMPS are also functional,” they said.

Notably, costumers were left to lurch after J&K Bank faced disruptions in its service due to major system upgrade over the past many days. (KNS)
