โน1.5 crore illegal property linked to wanted dr*g peddler demolished : Srinagar police.

Srinagar Police demolished an illegally constructed two-storey structure worth nearly โน1.5 crore in Haka Bazar, Lal Bazar, as part of the ongoing ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฎ ๐ ๐๐ธ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐บ๐ & ๐๐ฎ๐๐ต๐บ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ป.
The property, allegedly linked to wanted drug peddler Arshid Ahmed Sheikh, was built on State land and spread over around nine marlas. Police said the accused is involved in multiple NDPS cases registered in Jammu and Srinagar.
The demolition drive was carried out by Police Station Lal Bazar in the presence of the Executive Magistrate Khanyar and officials of the Srinagar Municipal Corporation. Authorities said the action was taken under legal provisions to dismantle illegal assets generated through narcotics trade.
Srinagar Police reiterated its resolve to eradicate the drug menace and urged citizens to share information related to drug peddling and unlawful activities.
