Srinagar, July 21: Former Professor and Head of Post Graduate Department of Psychiatry, GMC Srinagar, Dr Mushtaq Margoob has joined Nageen Lake Conservation Organization as an honorary member and advisor.
According to a statement, issued to Press, NLOC spokesperson said that apart from his serving the ailing humanity which stands acknowledged worldwide, Dr Margoob brings with him a very rich experience of working with the people at grass-root level for the greater good of the society.
“It will be a matter of honor for all of us at NLCO to have his guidance and patronage available. His contributions to the society are immense and we all are excited & fervently believe that his joining the organization will infuse a new blood to the Organization and help it to take its struggle for conservation of ecology and environment to new heights.”
It added that Dr. Margoob’s multi-faceted persona will definitely provide a new direction to the Eco-Endeavors of NLCO.
