Srinagar, Dec 21 JKPC President and MLA Handwara, Sajad Lone Saturday said that the power outages in bone chilling winters in Kashmir valley was making records.
Taking to microblogging site X, Lone as per news agencyโ said, โWith temperatures plunging to record low levels, electricity outages are creating their own records.โ (SIC)
โElectricity supply is at its elusive best. And when and if electricity supply is actually restored, consistency for the supplied duration is a rarity,โ he said.
Lone further said, โThe people are suffering. It is biting cold. It is a request to please make arrangements for more supply.โ
The MLA further added, โDemand is going to be high. It is very very cold. Donโt expect the demand to go down.โ
