Srinagar, 27 May: A delegation of Jammu and Kashmir Handicrafts Employees Union (Technical Wing) in a maiden meet today met Director Handicrafts and Handloom, kashmir Mr. Tariq Ahmad Zargar at Kashmir Haat, Srinagar.
The delegation was led by President JKHEU (Technical Wing) Suhaib Munshi and comprised of prominent leaders including General Secretary (Org) Sheikh Abdul Majeed,Naseer Ahmad wani,Riyaz Ahmad,Shah Imran,Zahoor Chashoo and others. In the meeting JKHEU gave a warm welcome and hearted congratulations to Mr. Tariq Ahmad Zargar on his posting as Director Handicrafts and Handloom Kashmir. On the occasion the leaders presented a memorandum to worthy Director on behalf of Crafts man fraternity wherein all the issues confronting the fraternity have been elaborated with a luminous colloquialism, Director sahab has given us a patience hearing and assured us to resolve all pending issues spokesperson from the union said. Meanwhile Employees Joint Consultative Committe(EJCC) Chairman Mr Aijaz khan has also congratulated the newly posted Director Handicrafts and Handloom and said that the new Director’s Association with the Handloom and Handicrafts department will boost the development and work culture of the department. He added that an individual of such calibre will help the department to enter into new era of success and prosperity
