SAMBA, JANUARY 27 As part of special drive, a camp to provide age certificates to the old age persons was today organised by Block Medical Officer Samba at Health and Wellness Centre- Primary Health Centre Nud under the overall supervision of CMO Samba.
The camp was inaugurated by Chief Medical Officer Samba.
A Special board was constituted consisting of all necessary specialities for issuing age certificates under one roof.
During the camp, a total of 250 persons had their application processed and age examined by the board of doctors. Besides, people were also issued age certificates on the spot by Chief Medical Officer.
Speaking on the occasion, the CMO assured the public that such camps will be organised regularly in all the areas of the district to cater rush of elderly who need age certificates.
