Jammu July 25 : Border Security Forces (BSF) on early Tuesday claimed to have foiled a narco smuggling bid and killed one Pakistan smuggler along the Ramgarh border in Jammu division.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that In the intervening night of 24/25 July, the vigilant BSF troops neutralised a Pak smuggler while he was trying to smuggle Narcotics through Ramgarh border area.
The officer said that during initial search of the area 04 packets of suspected Narcotics (weighing approx 4 kgs) are found alongwith the dead body of the Pak smuggler.
The officer further said that search operation in the area is under progress.(KS)
