*Anantnag, J&K*: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has attached a 19 marlas land parcel situated in Halpora, Kokernag, Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. The property, registered under MIN No. 439, belongs to Mohammad Akbar Dar, a resident of Halpora, Kokernag.
The action was taken under the provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) as part of an ongoing investigation into terror funding and related activities. Officials stated that the attachment is part of a broader effort to disrupt the financial networks supporting terrorism and unlawful activities in the Union Territory.
