DC Sgr felicitates GVEI Student on National Girl Child Day

The District administration Srinagar on Friday felicitated Syed Masoom Madina Andrabi, a 10th class student of Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI) for her remarkable literary achievement.
As per the handout issued here, Syed Masoom was felicitated for authoring her book titled The Thorny Velvet.
She was felicitated during an event held at the College of Education, Srinagar.
The Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat, praised Syed Masoom Andrabi’s contribution to literature. He commended her talent, determination, and creativity, highlighting her as an inspiration for young girls everywhere.
He also extended his congratulations to her parents and the management of GVEI for providing her with unwavering support and encouragement to excel.
The event was graced by several dignitaries including Dr. Numan Farooq from SKIMS, Dr. Seema Naaz Principal of the College of Education, and Principal Women’s College M A Road.
All the guests applauded Syed Masoom for her commendable accomplishment and encouraged her to continue pursuing her passion for writing.
