War Against Drugs continues SHOPIAN POLICE RECOVERED CANNABIS FROM RESIDENTIAL HOUSE IN REBEN ZAINAPORA.
November 27: In its continued crackdown against drug menace, Shopian Police recovered 1.202Kgs of Cannabis from a residential house in Zainapora.
Acting on specific information, Police Station Zainapora registered a case under FIR No. 117/2025 of NDPS Act and obtained a search warrant from the Hon’ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Shopian. A team from Police Station Zainapora accompanied by the Executive Magistrate 1st Class, raided the house of Khursheed Ahmad Itoo resident of Takiya Reben Zainapora. During the search, 1.202Kgs of Cannabis-like substance was seized. The accused is absconding and efforts are underway to effect his arrest.
