Srinagar Feb 1 : A massive fire broke out in the early hours of today at Maloora, Srinagar, involving a shopping complex. The incident was reported to the State Fire Control Room at around 2:08 am.
Immediately after receiving the call, fire tenders from Fire Station Mujgund, Fire Station JVC, and Fire Station Safakadal were dispatched to the spot.
The fire and emergency teams reached the location promptly and initiated firefighting operations without delay.
Upon assessment, it was found that the second and third floors of the shopping complex were engulfed in flames.
Firefighting operations were started immediately after arrival to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent structures.
