*4 Injured In Dumper-Auto Collision In Mendhar’s Mankote Sector In Poonch*
*One Referred To GMC Rajouri For Advanced Treatment*
Poonch, Nov 8(GNS): Four persons, including the auto driver, were injured after a dumper collided with an E-Rickshaw auto at Chajjla Bridge in Mankote sector of Mendhar on Sunday morning.
Officials told GNS that the accident occurred early morning between a dumper bearing registration number JK03P-4262, driven by Muhammad Asif Bhat, son of Abdul Ghani, resident of Hanjipura Kulgam, which was on its way from Mendhar to Sagra, and a three-wheeler auto E-Raksha bearing registration number JK12E-0749, driven by Muhammad Mahroof, son of Muhammad Sadeeq, resident of Nar Mankote, which was on its way from Mankote to Mendhar.
The injured have been identified as Muhammad Mahroof, driver of the E-Raksha, son of Muhammad Sadeeq, resident of Nar Mankote, age 24; Abdul Rahim, son of Muhammad Shabir, resident of Nar Mankote; Shabir Ahmed, resident of Nar Mankote; and Irfan Ahmed, son of Muhammad Imtaiz, resident of Nar Mankote, age 17.
Locals immediately shifted all the injured to SDH Mendhar for treatment.
Later, one of the injured, Abdul Rahim, son of Muhammad Shabir, resident of Nar Mankote, was referred to GMC Rajouri for advanced treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
