Srinagar, May 2 : A chargesheet has been filed against Gujarat conman Kiran Bhai Patel, acting as PMO official, before a Chief Judicial Magistrate here on Tuesday, officials said.
They told GNS that the chargesheet against the accused was filed under FIR number 19/2023 of Police Station Nishat.
The sections under which the charge sheet was filed, as per officials included; 419, 420, 468, 471, 170, 120B of IPC and Sections 3, 5 of Emblem & Names (Previously of improper use) Act 1950.
โThe accused continues to remain lodged in central Jail, Srinagarโ, they further said. (GNS)
