Jammu, 15th August: Medical Superintendent Police Hospital Jammu Dr Meenakshi Kotwal hoisted the National Flag followed by National Anthem at Police Hospital Jammu premises to mark the celebrations of 76th independence Day.
Dr. Shalini Dogra, Dr. Ajay Misri, Dr. Asha Manhas, Dr. Neeru Gupta, Dr. Sunil Kumar Raina, Dr. Priyanka Sambyal, Dr. Shaista Tabassum, Dr. Sadaf Maheen, Dr. Rewa Gaind, Dr. Anil Salathia, Dr. Anjum Mirza, Dr. Rajni Sharma, Dr. Bharat Bhushan and Para-Medical staff of the hospital were present on the occasion.
After hoisting the National Flag, the Medical Superintendent congratulated the Doctors and Para-Medical staff on the Independence Day, which is being celebrated as ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
On this occasion a beautiful cultural programme and a quiz competition was organized jointly by the doctors and staff of the hospital in the recreation hall of District Police Lines, Jammu. To conduct the event successfully 10 different teams were made and all teams were headed by doctors assisted by staff members of this hospital.
Medical Superintendent distributed appreciation letters to all the staff members for their excellent work done during the event and also distributed prizes to the quiz winners to boost their morale.
Dr. Kotwal also thanked Shri Ramnish Gupta, SP Hqrs. Jammu and Shri K.D. Bhagat, Dy.SP DAR DPL Jammu for providing all logistic support.
