JK High Court Bar Members Mourn Demise of Advocate G.N. Shaheen’s Sister, Offer Heartfelt Condolences
Srinagar, July 31st : The Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar Members on Friday expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of the sister of senior advocate G.N. Shaheen, describing the loss as a deeply painful moment for the bereaved family and the legal fraternity.
A condolence meeting was held at the High Court in Srinagar under the chairmanship of Advocate Ghulam Ahmad Lone. A large number of senior advocates, office bearers, and members of the Bar participated in the meeting to express solidarity with Advocate G.N. Shaheen and offer prayers for the departed soul.
Addressing the gathering, Advocate Ghulam Ahmad Lone conveyed heartfelt condolences to Advocate G.N. Shaheen and his family. He said that the loss of a loved one is an irreplaceable tragedy and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the bereaved family strength, courage, and patience to bear this immense loss with fortitude.
He prayed that the departed soul be showered with Allah’s infinite mercy, forgiven for all shortcomings, and granted the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. He also expressed hope that the family would find comfort and strength during this difficult period.
Several senior members of the legal fraternity also spoke on the occasion, expressing deep sympathy with Advocate G.N. Shaheen. They recalled his long-standing contributions to the legal profession and the High Court Bar members, emphasizing that the entire legal community shares in his grief and stands firmly beside him and his family in this hour of sorrow.
The participants observed a minute’s silence as a mark of respect for the deceased and collectively offered Fateha, praying for Maghfirah, eternal peace for the departed soul, and patience (Sabr-e-Jameel) for the bereaved family.
In a unanimous resolution, the members of the Jammu & Kashmir High Court Bar members conveyed their heartfelt condolences to Advocate G.N. Shaheen and his family. They prayed that Almighty Allah grant the departed soul the highest place in Paradise and bless the bereaved family with the strength to overcome this irreparable loss.
The meeting concluded with collective prayers, with members reaffirming that the entire legal fraternity stands united with Advocate G.N. Shaheen and his family, sharing their grief and extending unwavering support during this difficult time.
