*Anantnag Police Tightens Noose Around Repeat Drug Offenders; PIT-NDPS Warrants Executed Against Two Peddlers*

Continuing its aggressive crackdown on the narcotics network, Anantnag Police has booked two habitual drug offenders, Javid Ahmed Dar S/O Mohd Yousaf Dar R/O kheribal Mattan and Suhail Ahmed Bhat S/O Ghulam Qadir Bhat, R/O Krangsoo Mattan under the PIT-NDPS Act.
Both individuals, who have a history of involvement in multiple NDPS cases, have been placed under preventive detention following the execution of PIT-NDPS detention warrants against them.
The action is part of Anantnag Police’s sustained strategy to identify, isolate and dismantle the network of repeat drug offenders who pose a serious threat to society, particularly the younger generation.
Anantnag Police will continue its relentless campaign against the drug menace, targeting the entire chain of narcotics supply and ensuring that habitual offenders are brought under the ambit of law.
